"Bill was extremely helpful and available with a flexible schedule. He made the time to research and view homes with us. He was very accommodating and willingly took us to as many homes as we requested. He would listen to comments we made about what we liked and didn’t like while viewing a home and would build on that to find other listings for us. He negotiated very well on our behalf and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want, he was willing to help us keep looking if we couldn’t find what we wanted. Once the sale was made he made it easy for us by providing moving assistance (van rentals) and refering us to a good lawyer. Being new to the city it was a very big help.
